At BKDeals, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how our return and exchange process works:

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Certain items like perishable goods, personal care products, and customized items cannot be returned.
✅ Exchanges:
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, we’ll gladly exchange it.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition.

- Provide photos (if applicable) to verify the issue.
- We’ll guide you on how to return the item and process your refund or exchange.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Before Order Confirmation:
- You can update your shipping address in your account settings before placing an order.
2️⃣ After Placing an Order:
- If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact our customer support as soon as possible to request an address change.
3️⃣ After Shipment:
- Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. However, you can contact the courier service to see if they can redirect your package.

If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, take these steps immediately:

- If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your address for you.

- Unfortunately, we may not be able to change the address once the order is in transit.

3️⃣ If the Order Is Delivered to the Wrong Address

- If it was delivered to the wrong address, we recommend checking with the recipient or the delivery service for possible solutions.
Currently, BKDeals primarily ships within Berekum and surrounding areas in Ghana. However, we are working on expanding our delivery services to more locations.

It depends on the items in your order:
✅ Single-Seller Orders: If all your items are from the same seller, they will usually be shipped together in one package.
✅ Multiple-Seller Orders: If you purchased from different sellers, your items may arrive in separate packages.
✅ Large or Fragile Items: Some bulky or fragile items may be shipped separately for safe handling.
